Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Please locate and test your outlet to ensure it is in working condition. The blower requires a 120v, 20amp, dedicated-circuit within 100ft of the inflatable.

No other electrical cords should be plugged in to that outlet while the blower is in operation.

Remain calm and have everyone exit the inflatable.  Check the blower to see if it has been turned off or unplugged, including the extension cords.  Also check to be sure there is nothing obstructing the blower from pulling in air, such as leaves, freshly cut grass, etc.

The blower may also have stopped due to a tripped circuit. If the circuit was tripped there are probably too many items on the same circuit. Unplug other items from the circuit or plug the blower into another circuit.

The blower requires a 120v, 20amp, dedicated-circuit within 100ft of the inflatable.

Inflatables cannot be used if winds are in excess of 15mph. For safety reasons, we do not deliver if there are high winds. If your rental needs to be canceled due to inclement weather, we will issue a full refund excluding the deposit, or you may reschedule for a later date.

If there is a possibility of inclement weather, we will call you on the morning of your delivery to discuss the weather conditions and give you the option to cancel your rental or reschedule.
